I'm currently an Adjunct Lecturer of MBA courses at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Visiting Professor at the ESSCA Graduate School of Management in Shanghai. I specialize in HRM and international business. I also work as a freelance writer. My work has been published in the Shanghai Business Review, China International Business, China Economic Review, AmCham's Insight, and many others. I relocated to China in June 2000.
