China Challenges

I'm currently an Adjunct Lecturer of MBA courses in the International Education department at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Most of my students are high-level managers at multinational companies in China. I'm also a marketing consultant for Shanghai Jiao Tong's upcoming online program. I specialize in human resource management and international business. I'm also a Visiting Professor at ESSCA Graduate School of Management in Shanghai. ESSCA is based in France with many campuses around the world. I also give lectures at Keiser University's campus in Shanghai (this a joint venture with Shanghai Jiao Tong University). I also work as a freelance writer. My work has been published in the Shanghai Business Review, China International Business, China Economic Review, AmCham's Insight, and many others. After three years in Japan, I relocated to China in June 2000. My hometown is Spring Valley, Minnesota.
